I was pleasantly surprised when I read "Tales from the Dark Tower". It was quite unlike any book I had ever read in my entire life.

Every so often in life, there are books that a reader will come across that will do one of two things. They will either make a reader love to delve into a certain genre of literature, or they will remind that reader of why they fell in love with that genre of literature in the first place.

I loved Joseph Vargo's first Dark Tower book and had been hoping for a sequel for a long time. Beyond the Dark Tower was well worth the wait.
